Yeah like that. I am from southern USA and have been cooking hte way I was raised lots of fats, sugar, and flavor. But now with allergies, health issues, and such I am trying other things. Like tonight I made a Thai dish Pad Thai, and I'm pleased with the result thank goodness. Tried some Mexican dishes but not to good with them.
Not really. We are pretty plain lol.
hubby is puerto rican so we hv something at least 3xs a week when he's home frm his culture

Not much this summer but in the past quite often I love Puerto Rician and Jamaican food and I can make potato soup and perogies. I'm from Philadelphia but my choice above all is southern cooking.
