I make my own
Italian bread, baguette or a loaf of ciabatta.
I roast a head of garlic in some aluminum foil with olive oil, salt pepper and basil, squeeze the foil together into a ball of sorts, roast in the oven on 400 for about 45 min...
squeeze all of the garlic out into a bowl...I add softened butter to the roasted garlic and add fresh basil, parlsey, tyme and mix it all up really well, slather the split bread with the butter mixture, sometimes some parmesean cheese, sometimes mozzerella , sometimes provolone sprinkled on top, sometimes no cheese....and cook it until its golden awsome, lol
