I have thought about it but not sure if we could pull it off.
I don't but my mom mostly does. I know it is still a little hard for her, but she talks about how her skin looks much better and she is excited about her weight getting better. Good luck if you do! Maybe you could start with a day or two a week first? Might be easier.
No we don't
I do mostly. I'm part of BeyondDiet.com, which is an excellent community of people who try to maintain not a "diet" per se, but a healthier lifestyle all together, and they provide support and recipes, etc. Raw food is highly encouraged. I don't always stick to it, but coupled with daily exercise, I definitely feel much better most of the time.
I couldnt do that.
I don't but if I were to switch, I would do it gradually.
