Its alittle like Apple crumble cobbler, but you add fresh strawberries, diced/peeled apples, drained peaches, diced mango, blueberries - follow all steps to homemade cobbler and add alittle more brown sugar/cinnamon.

Eat with yogurt or whip cream or ice cream

Tortilla Casserole, Sweet potato casserole, Island Yams(made like sweet potato but adding the fruit), Red Bean & Rice Casserole, Tator tot casserole, ham & cheese casserole, Breakfast casserole (sausage & ham), Green bean casserole, shephards pie and fruit casserole to be eaten with brown sugar ritz crackers.

Sweet potato casserole is my favorite! I do like to find new recipes for casseroles and have recently started to make them.
