I think they are pretty much neck to neck - they all turn to sugar. I mean they do have vitamin c, potassium and fiber (*sure there are more, but not to good with potatoes).

Sweet Potatoes I would think bc they dont cause an allergic reaction in people that other potatoes can.

Darker colored flesh (I think) is the most healthiest - from what i remember the nutritionist saying.

Sweet potatoes aren't technically potatoes since they come from a different family of plants, but they are related. Potatoes of all colors are from the botanical family Solanaceae, while sweet potatoes are from the Convolvulaceae family. Sweet potatoes are available in orange, white, red and golden varieties. The orange variety is also called a yam. Sweet potatoes contain more manganese than regular potatoes and are high in beta-carotene. Unlike regular potatoes, they don't contain alkaloids that may provoke an allergic response in some people.

I'm not sure. But I would guess sweet potatoes since they have more nutrients.

Here's an article that goes into a lot of detail

Basically it says the darker fleshed like Yukon Gold, Purple Viking and Ruby Crescent.
