I love buying pork loins at the grocery store. For one, they are a great cut of meat that can be used in a variety of ways. And two, they are inexpensive if you catch them on sale. Buy one or two and freeze them for later use.
I just made a great spice rubbed pork loin on the grill. Because this meat is low in fat, it cooks fast. Rub the meat liberally with salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice. I used cumin and cayenne. Then place on the grill for a nice char. It should cook through quickly. Check online for cooking times based on weigh.
I then wrapped a few corncobs and potatoes in tin foil and threw those on as well. Before I knew it, I had a great meal ready within minutes.
Moms, what is your go to easy grill meal?
