What do you put in your tuna fish sandwiches? Do you add anything extra like tomatoes, cheese? Sometimes I will put in tomatoes. I have found out that provolone cheese is also good on them.

I'm pretty plain with tuna usually, drain and eat straight from the can with s&p.

My DH likes tuna melts for lunch. Tuna with onions, celery, the tiniest amount of mayo just to stick, add cheddar cheese, then I put it on the panini press. He also likes open faced, broiled in the oven with cherry tomatoes split on top.

Albacore tuna, mayo, diced onion, dash of Old Bay seasoning, and a spoonful of dill relish, sometimes a bit of lemon peel.

Solid white tuna drained, mixed with mayo, relish, a dab of mustard, very finely chopped onion, finely chopped celery, some minced fresh dill or the dried dill from the jar, salt & pepper.
Sometimes I toast the bread, or make a tuna melt in the panini press or just add some tomato.
