Ever find anything in your produce?

Posted by   + Show Post

We bought some fresh cilantro from the grocery store yesterday. When DF was washing it off he found a snail in it! I am glad that those are one type of bug, animal that I am not afraid of! We were surprised though. Have you ever found anything in your produce?

A snail? Interesting.

I've cooked fresh broccoli and a spider. Ewww!

Snail, slug and ants. We put them outside on weeds. God loves them, too. Rev 5:13 is my favorite verse.

I found weevils inside my green peppers once. You find little bugs more often when you buy organic.

Nope, but we have snails here. I hate those buggers!

The most surprising thing I've found in any produce I've purchased was a mini pepper growing inside another pepper.

I have had a couple of those.
