What fruits and veggies can I freeze?

Just about any of them, but there are different preparation methods.  What did you have in mind?

Apples right now, we're thinking about Apple picking.

Apples will turn soft when  freezing.  You can make applesauce.  You can also freeze slices for pie in a light syrup, with a bit of Fruit Fresh.

No way of just freezing them? Normally with breakfast I have Apple slices so that was my goal.

I don't think apples freeze well unless they are cooked through like michiganmom said :/ You could dehydrate them for your breakfasts, or make apple butter?

What ^^^she^^^ said.  Apples won't come out of the freezer like fresh slices. 

You COULD can them.  They'll be softer than fresh, but not mush.
