Chicken A La King from the Reynolds site!
sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lbs.)
jar (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
small green bell pepper, chopped
jar (2 oz.) diced pimento, drained
teaspoon dried basil
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
small onion, thinly sliced
Hot cooked rice or puff pastry shells
PREHEAT oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high. Cut chicken in strips. Combine chicken, soup, mushrooms, green pepper, pimento, basil and Worcestershire sauce.
CENTER one-fourth of onion slices on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Spoon chicken mixture over onion slices.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
BAKE 16 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven
OR GRILL 10 to 12 minutes in covered grill. Serve over rice or pastry shells.
