Sweet and Spicy Meatballs from the Reynolds site!
Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
pounds frozen meatballs
jar (9 oz.) sweet and sour sauce
cup packed brown sugar
tablespoons soy sauce
teaspoon garlic powder
to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
LINE a 13x9x2-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Arrange meatballs in a single layer in foil-lined pan.
COMBINE sweet and sour sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl; pour mixture evenly over meatballs. Stir to coat.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is hot. Spoon sauce over meatballs. Serve warm.
Makes about 6 dozen meatballs.
REYNOLDS KITCHENS TIP: The quickest way to line a pan is to turn the pan upside down; press a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil around it. Remove the foil. Flip the pan over and drop the formed foil liner inside.
