Salsa Chicken Dinner
Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
pound chicken breast tenders
cup chunky salsa
can (15 oz.) corn, drained OR 1 package (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips, sour cream and guacamole (optional)
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
PLACE chicken in foil-lined pan. Top chicken with salsa and corn.
BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 170°F and juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with another sheet of foil; let stand 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over tortilla chips with sour cream and guacamole, if desired./span
