which is better to save money using coupons to buy premade or get veggies and such on sale and make from scratch?

I do both, also we have a year round farmers market so I get fruit and produce there, its cheaper. I like the bird's eye and green giant pre packaged veggies

I make from scratch when possible.  Not only is it cheaper, but you get more servings and it's healthier.

I do a little bit of both. If it is something that I don't know how to make from scratch we will buy it with a coupon.

I have to say since we are eating healthier, I don't use coupons nearly as much.  I do use the occasional convenience items but I'm trying not to depend on them like before.

I do both but I get most of my produce at the farmer's market.
