Yes! I've still got some kale in my garden that I need to get made into chips.
I didn't get kale, but I did get collard greens from the market yesterday. How do you make kale chips, and can collard greens be subbed?

Kale chips are super easy, 1 tbsp of Olive oil on a sided cookie sheet. Make sure the kale is dry and tear the leaves from the stem. Put a layer on the cookie sheet, you can put a lot as long as it's one layer, season to your liking (I used kosher salt and coarse pepper. Put into a preheated 350 oven and cook for 15 min or until done.
I think collards are heavier than kale so I don't know if they will crisp up as nicely.
