I only ever make chicken noodle, but I'd love to try a potato soup. DH isn't a big soup for dinner fan.

Beef vegetable soup...I've also altered it to make a crab soup that was pretty good too

yep.  My fave is a childhood recipe of my mom's called Frank & Bean Chowder.  I also makea mean beef stew. SO loves white chicken chili.

we love soup in our house and I make tons of it in the winter. We love chicken soup, beef barley, lentil, borscht, potato, pasta fagIoli, Boston clam chowder......just to name a few off the top of my head.

i make soups often during the winter, the best has been butternut squash.
