Healthy and tasty recipes for growing athletes
I have been a juice craze lately and purchased the Magic Bullet (http://amzn.to/URVUVp). It makes a great meal on the go and I am able to throw in all the veggies and fruits into one delicious drink.
Here are my favortie smoothie recipes:
PB and Banana
- 10ounces skim milk or plain soy milk
- 1tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1medium banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup silken tofu
