Made my own whole wheat bread today...

It's called English muffin bread and it came out very good but definitely tastes better warm:

Got the recipe from here! The only change was that I used whole wheat flour so it's a little dense.  Definitely have to eat it served warm (let it cool completely then rewarm it)

I love warm bread! I need to make some but need some bananas. I can't eat eggs.

Every bread I've ever made turns out dense and I HATE it. I really want to figure out how to make a sandwich quality bread.

This bread is supposed to be dense because it's like an english muffin but it's really very good.  Toasted it would make a nice sandwich.

I haven't made bread, buty sil makes the best banana nut bread. She knows better though to only make it during the holidays:)

I'm super picky about my sandwich bread. It needs to be light and fluffy. I like other types of bread too just not for sandwiches.
