We use foil all the time during the holidays. We like that we can use it for a "no mess" meal, we also line our cookie sheets with it.

I use tons of foil during the holidays especially for wrapping left overs

wrapping left-overs, easy clean up and keeping food warm while waiting for other food to finish (especially the meat; turkey, ham, etc.)

I use it all the time. I line pans when baking meat, or for wrapping up leftovers. I cover pies/cakes with it. I cover foods while waiting for others to heat up and always cover the turkey with it!

I use foil all the time. I put it on the cookie sheet so it is easier to clean.
