Blueberry!  Crush up blueberries into the batter, and sprinkle streusel topping on top.

I've actually never made them. But I Luke chocolate chip ones best :)

 I make meatloaf muffins!  They cook faster than loaves and are easier to serve. 

My favorite sweet muffins are apple strudel and banana nut.  I haven't attempted to make either of those yet though.  I make a lovely zucchini bread and I've been thinking about making that into muffins.  Would I have to change the recipe any?

I have yet to make them from scratch but I am going to start soon because my youngest can't have the boxed mixes die to allergies.
