I made a HUGE pork loin last night and I am trying to think of some new creative ways to use the left overs. I usually do some kind of soup or fried rice or tacos. I would appreciate any new ideas any of you may have!
Thank you

Took a walk, cleared my head, and now I feel better than I have all day. Very good.

Honestly we like to just slice the leftovers for sandwiches the next day. Pork loin leftovers make an awesome sandwich. :0)

These are so good!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced ( I use powder)
3 pounds pork loin riblets ( or just pork loin strips)
Process:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine orange juice, ketchup, brown sugar, teriyaki marinade, honey and garlic in a medium bowl. Cool over medium high until mixture comes to a boil.
Arrange riblets ( or strips) in a single layer in a jelly roll pan
Pour sauce evenly over riblets. Bake turning twice during baking, until sauce is bubbly and thickened. 55-65 min.
