I'm always experimenting with different salads. Today I had a quinoa salad and yesterday I made a kale and corn salad. Both were yummy!

Potato strings! Since we can't have croutons anymore (well.. we can but they're crazy expensive) because of the gluten, we do those to keep with the crunch and it really does add a good flavor. We also add a meat to it normally. Steak, chicken, etc.
