What do you add to your salads to make them more interesting?
I love to do a greek oil vinegar and fetta
cheese, olives, saltine crackers
Different cheeses paired with different nuts.
Goat cheese and homemade croutons. Yum!
Potato strings! Since we can't have croutons anymore (well.. we can but they're crazy expensive) because of the gluten, we do those to keep with the crunch and it really does add a good flavor. We also add a meat to it normally. Steak, chicken, etc.
