How long should boiled eggs stay good in the refrigerator?

 If they're in the shell, they should be good for 1 week.

We usually keep them for about 5-7 days

I don't usually keep boiled eggs that long. A few days, maybe. I try to only boil what I am going to use/eat within the next couple of days.

They don't usually last long enough for them to go bad.
