Apple pealer

My grandparents bought me an appl pealer/cprer for christmas this year and i am really looking forward to trying it out. I am planning on making some dried apples today and maybe next week or sometimes soon making some apple sauce with the kids. I am excited to try it out and see how well it works. They also got me a book about dehydrating food and I am looking forward to maybe making some apple sauce leather(like a fruit roll up) it has some neat ideas.

I just tried it out and it works great. It peels, cores and slices the apples all at once. I got 4 apples cut up in less than 10 minutes and in to my dehydrator. I love it! I will definatly be getting  alot of use out of it.

I have never used one.  That would come in handy around here.  We peel lots of apples.

Very cool! I don't have one but where I used to work did and the kitchen staff loved it.
