Three hints to healthier cooking
Shop the outer edges of the store... That's usually where you can find all the produce, and fresh foods. Once you get into the isles you find all the processed/boxed junk food.
Always try to make it home made vs. store bought!
Make a list of meals you will be making. Sometimes if you write it down you can actually see what you are eating during the week! This way you can see the amount of fruits, veggies, meats you are getting into your diet!
