I'm making a cake or cupcakes for my daughters first birthday tomorrow and I was thinking if I could find a good, easy recipe for bavarian cream I'd love to fill them with that. Anyone have any??
Personally, I'd fake it. Use vanilla pudding and fold in some whipped cream.
I saw some recipes saying similar things but does it taste good??

We also have to have it gluten free, what brands are good?? I usually just use Jell-O brand.

You've never had like boston cream pies or the chocolate doughnuts with bavarian cream in them??? It is soooo good. I could probably eat it on it's own. lol
