So I want tilapia tonight for dinner but didn't want to normal that I do. I had some recipes that I wanted to try but didn't have all of the ingredients (stuff to make an alfredo or any white wine...drank that last night. haha) so I found a recipe that sounds delicious but it calls for marinating over night...no time for that...so I am taking that idea and making my own. Crushed garlic, diced onion, cayanne pepper, creole seasoning, olive oil, 30-45 minute marinating and then I can't decide if I want to bake it or broil it. I love broiled tilapia but we'll see. I am pairing it with cheesy broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Mmm....I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
