This is DELICIOUS! Sweet, perfect consistency, and freshly made. Best part is that it's SIMPLE, too! The hardest part is cutting up 8-10 apples. LOL! My daughter absolutely loved this. She had seconds and told me it is her favorite. :)

I make applesauce in the crook every other week.
Apples, brown sugar, lemon rind, Cinnamon. Excellent stuff.

I always hated applesauce until I made it from scratch. I use a crock pot too for it. So yummy! :)
