How do you cook your brussel sprouts? I recently was introduced to them - what can I say, I'd been deprived till now! - but I have no idea how to cook them!

I don't make them, but roasting is best I think. Maybe some butter, salt and pepper.

Roast 'em. 400* hot oven or under broiler. Cut in half, toss with slivered carrots, thinly sliced onion, garlic, olive oil, season to taste. Put on foil lined cookie sheet. Cook until tender and nicely browned. Yum.

I haven't had brussel sprouts in 15 years!  My husband doesn't like them and he says that he would gag and throw up if I made them.  Ughhhh, lol.  I loooove brussel sprouts with garlic butter.

ROASTED! drizzle olive oil over them, stir to coat, layer on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with desired seasonings (we like garlic salt and pepper), bake in 375°F oven until fork-tender.
