I made a fresh ham roast in the crock pot with potatos, carrots, celery, and a little onion and then biscuts. It tastes wonderful. I love making roasts in the crock pot and them being so tender that I was able to "cut it" using a spoon. Plus there is a toin left over to put aside for another dinner later
