Adobo is a sauce, with varying ingredients, often used to preserve and season foods.  For example, chipotle peppers are often sold in small cans of adobo sauce to enhance their flavor.  Adobo originated in Spain, but many countries now have their own variations on it.

Sazon is a type of seasoned salt commonly found in Mexican cuisine.  The ingredients can vary, though cilantro, achiote, garlic, and salt are quite common.  Also, the word sazon literally means seasoning.

Spanish seasonings sazon is orange and comes in an orange box. Abobo has a bunch of different seasoning kinds (beef, chicken, etc).
