I'm trying to lose weight for summer so i've been looking for the low calorie recipes of the foods that i love, heres one i plan to try
1 package of instant vanilla pudding dry mix
2 cups 2% milk
20 reduced fat vanilla wafers broken into pieces
2 small bananas sliced
3/4 cup lite whipped topping
prepare pudding according to package directions using 2% milk
place 1 tablespoon of broken cookies into 6 ounce tall parfait glass
top with 2 tablespoons of pudding,4 banana slices and 1 tablespoon of whipped topping, repeat to form 2 identical layers, chill for 30 minutes.
