Five Spice Honey Riblets from the Pillsbury site!

You Need:
- 2 1/2
- lb pork spareribs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2
- teaspoon salt
- 1/3
- cup apple cider
- 1
- cup ketchup
- 3
- tablespoons honey
- 2
- tablespoons soy sauce
- 1
- tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2
- teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1/2
- teaspoon five-spice powder
- 2
- tablespoons green onions, sliced, if desired
To Make:
- 1Heat oven to 300°F. Line broiler pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Sprinkle riblets with salt; arrange in single layer on pan. Pour apple cider into pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake about 3 hours or until tender and no longer pink next to bones.
- 2In 1-quart saucepan, mix ketchup, honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and five-spice powder. Heat to simmering over low heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush ribs with half of the sauce; bake uncovered 30 minutes longer or until sauce thickens on ribs. Serve with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with green onions.
Tips:
Have your local butcher cut pork spareribs across the bone to form these small riblets.
