PEANUT BUTTER NOODLES
Adults may like to spice up their portion of this dish with an Asian hot sauce and a sprinkling of scallion.
4 to 6 moderate servings
- 8 ounces pasta, your choice of shape
(spaghetti, spirals, wagon wheels, small shells, etc.)
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy or teriyaki sauce, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook the spaghetti (or other pasta) until just done, then drain.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour over the cooked spaghetti or pasta and toss to combine. Serve warm or at room temperature.

I am all for trying anything once so I wouldn't mind trying it but I'm not so sure I will like it. haha I love noodles and I love peanut butter but together? I don't know about that.
Quoting othermom:Interesting idea. Not sure if I would try it though

Looks interesting! I would probably leave out the maple syrup for myself. The kids would like the sweetness!
