I am making a pork shoulder roast for dinner tonight with carrots, potatos, garlic, and onions. I forgot to get celery yesterday, but if I can get to the store quick enough I will pick some up and add it in too. I love making roasts in the crock pot. It smells so good all day. We have made so many roast this year from the pig that my grand parents gave us and the extra beef that we only have one left. I am going to miss it. I will have to buy some store bought stuff to get through till the next pig. I also want to get some beef for a stew as well.
