What is your go-to meal in the morning? What do you usually have? I usually have cereal because it is quick and easy.

I prefer to eat just fruit, and coffee.

If I knew that would hold me I'd do the fruit. Sometimes I do toast and yogurt with granola in it.

Oatmeal with soy milk and 1/2 a banana plus a whole water bottle...

Fruit smoothie with soy milk

Bolthouse Smoothie

100cal bagel with fat free cream cheese and an apple

soy yogurt with strawberries

Buckwheat "cereal" with cinnamon & raisins ...

Pretty much that's all(:

I want to do more smoothies, but I am not awake enough in the mornings.

I do coffee the a bowl of multi grain Cheerios

It takes some adjustment for sure. Tip for smoothies you can portion fruit like pineapples, strawberries, mandarins slices in an air tight container the night before in the fridge then in the morning dump the fruit in your blender (I use my frappe maker lol) with whatever splash of milk type you like, and a couple ice cubes. Super quick.

I'm not really good at eating breakfast. My personal trainer has been pushing me to eat something even if it's a banana. If I do eat it I really steel cut oats! :)
