What is your go-to meal in the morning? What do you usually have? I usually have cereal because it is quick and easy.
If I knew that would hold me I'd do the fruit. Sometimes I do toast and yogurt with granola in it.

I'm not really good at eating breakfast. My personal trainer has been pushing me to eat something even if it's a banana. If I do eat it I really steel cut oats! :)
