What is your go-to meal in the morning? What do you usually have? I usually have cereal because it is quick and easy.

2 strips of turkey bacon plus:

cereal  if I have time

I am thinking of having a protein shake and then I can drink it on the way to work.  I have to have protein or I crash and am so hungry.

My go-to would be fruit and nuts Or cereal.

I have found the only thing that makes a good smoothie that aint too thick is sherbert.

As for me, I really need to eat breakfast, and I will just settle with Coffee.  Depending on my moods, and my OD wants Egg in the basket which it is wheat bread and egg whites for her, and for me the whole egg. A bowl of cereal of some sort.  On weekends I make egg skillets for my family with all kinds of stuff and for me I may have a little but rather not eat.

I have bran buds with vanilla yogurt and a banana most mornings and of course coffee! On the weekends by dh normally makes me breakfast or we go out!
