•1. Heat oven to 350°F. Layer bread cubes, ham, cheese and onions in greased 13x9x2-inch casserole.
•2. Beat eggs, sour cream and milk until smooth; pour over ham mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Baked BBQ Ham Slices
•· 1/4 cup chopped onion
•· 1 tablespoon butter
•· 1/2 cup ketchup
•· 1/3 cup water
•· 2 tablespoons brown sugar
•· 2 tablespoons vinegar
•· 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
•· 1/2 teaspoon salt
•· 1/4 teaspoon pepper
•· 1 fully cooked ham slice, about 1-inch thick
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add onion. Sauté onion until tender; add ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Place ham in baking dish; pour sauce over.Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
I have hardly anything left! I will probably make some kind of soup with my hambone though. Maybe bean or split pea. We have a bunch of coleslaw, so I may take that to food bank dinner tomorrow to serve with the meal.
2 pound ham (precut slabs or whole)1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp salt1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 tsp pepper2/3 cup cider vinegar 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 cups green beans
First boil the green beans for about 15 minutes. Combine the garlic powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and vinegar together in a large bowl. Use this to marinade the ham very well, rubbing it throughout. Add the ham into the crockpot and pour any left over marinade into the crockpot. Place the green beans over the ham and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours for a very delicious meal.
Denver Egg Frittata
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
½ medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (1.7 oz) shoestring potatoes
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Diced cooked ham
Beat eggs and salt with fork or wire whisk; set aside. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bell peppers and onion in oil about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Spread vegetables evenly in skillet.
Pour eggs over vegetables; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 7 to 9 minutes or until eggs are set; remove from heat.
Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese. Cover and let stand about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. 4 servings
