If you were to look at the food pyramid how does your diet compare?

I could use some work.  I do try my best to eat healthy, but there is always room for improvement.

This food pyrimid is dated and rubbish. I mean, the biggest portion/serving size is grains? Really? On what planet does that make health sense to anyone? The food pyramid is NOT healthy, and I gladly do not follow it at all. 

On a side note, aren't they doing away with the pyramid and changing it to a plate or something?

We eat more meats than the fruits/veggies.

I need more veggies.  I find I go through phases where I have more than the other and vise versa.

Well, for one thing, that's not a current food pyramid.  The guidelines were changed not too long after the date on that one.  Anyway, if I was to go by that one, I'd be considered deficient in fruit and dairy.

I dont eat nearly the daily amt it calls for. I try not to have too many grains, i try to do the best i can to eat tuns of veggies and protein
