What would you make with... Corn?

I actually got that type of corn from a food cart in NYC, and now we make it at home on the gril... Yum! The other option was lime juice and salt on grilled corn, which was also yummy for those who liked lime.

don't use it often besides a side, but love it in stews and green giant makes a seasoned corn (frozen) that I use on my tacos
