No Bake Cookies

I've been craving them lately! The oatmeal and chocolate ones... Every time I make them they turn out too sticky. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I think I'm going to attempt them tomorrow evening. I just need to find a good recipe. 

Do you have a favorite No Bake recipe?

I've only made them once but had the same problem.  I'm a big oatmeal fan, so would love a good recipe for them!

It's all about the timing. Once the mixture comes to a boil I let it boil for exactly 1 minute and them remove from heat & mix in my peanut butter & vanilla and they usually set up perfectly.

Like Mommy2TwinGirls says, it's all about timing, you have to be precise on that.  My problem that I have is they are too crumbly if I'm not paying attention.  When I get home, I will copy my recipe down for you, maybe there will be a slight difference.

Here is my recipe that I use, if I pay attention to the time, they come out perfect (I don't use crunchy PB like it calls for, I use creamy):

No Bake Cookies

Prep Time: 10 MinutesReady In: 45 Minutes

"Tasty no-bake cookies made with oatmeal, peanut butter and cocoa."
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
powder
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1.In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.
