A lot
I have fresh garlic, sage, rosemary and basil

So many spices
Ceyanne
Sea salt
Pepper
Oregano
A variety of grilling spices and rubs
Season salt
Poultry seasoning
Onion powder

I have an entire spice rack full of them. And when I bought the spice rack I got 5 years of free refills so I don't run out!

ummm, well, it is a very long list. Dh and I love cooking, so we have alot. Right now, I have fresh cilantro in the fridge. Various dried in the pantry, plus fresh whole garlic in the fridge (also pickled, crushed, minced and chopped), hubby and I love garlic.

Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Chili Powder, Cumin, Dill, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Sea Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Basil.... uuuh... there might be a bit more, but I never get pre-mixed spices.
