Way to many to name.
Fresh ginger, garlic, cilantro and green pepper are some herbs that I cannot live without. Besides I also use a lot of black pepper , cloves, cinnamon, cummins, paprika,oregano.

I don't keep a lot fresh on hand , usually just garlic and then buy others fresh only for specific recipes. As for dried spices, I have probably 40 - 50 containers.
Oh my i have a ton!!! Way too many to list them all!! I never know what i want to use so i keep everything!!
Always have to have Italian, Parsley, & Garlic!
