Does anyone have a good recipe for cooking Pig-Feet?:)

just looked up a recipe and it was almost like a stock type, soup....celery, onions, ect and boil it until meat falls off the bone.....don't know if I'd like to eat feet though

Same here.  I suspected it was for flavor but I can't imagine the meat tasting very good..

My grandma used to make them but that is one recipe I never learned. I'm not a picky eater but I just don't think I can try those, its a mental thing,lol.
