Okay Ladies, here is the meal I made with my Cafemom Reynolds Wrap!
Pork Roast, Grilled Corn on the Cob and Blue Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes!
After browning the pork roast on all sides I wrapped it in the foil along with melted butter and garlic ♥ I put in on the grill for about 30 minutes then started on the corn on the cob.
I rubbed the corn with some olive oil and placed pats of butter on top. I sprinkled it with salt, pepper, rosemary and parsley. I then wrapped the corn up in the Reynolds Wrap and put them on the grill with the pork roast.
Next up is the blue cheese stuffed tomatoes! They are so so good! You cut the top off of the tomato, dig out the insides and fill with blue cheese. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top, drizzle the whole tomato with olive oil, sprinkle oregano on the tops and wrap in the Reynolds foil. Pu them on the grill for about 15 minutes and voila! Heaven on a plate!
The meal was absolutely delish! The pork was very tender due to cooking inside the foil as was the corn and tomatoes!
