Watermelon Pie

Directions

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Whisk in whipped topping; fold in watermelon. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Yield: 6-8 servings.


This dessert is probably something I would try.....in the reviews only 1 or 2 said it wasn't good or didn't set, but the majority said it was delicious!

I haven't seen watermelon gelatin, but this is such a neat idea!

Eh, I like watermelon on a hot summers day but am not a fan of watermelon flavouring in other things.
