I cook/bake with real butter, coconut oil, or lard.

Olive oil is for making salad dressing.

I won't touch the yellow seed oils.

I use vegetable oil in my deep fryer and olive oil, coconut oil or grape seed oil for everything else.

Mostly olive or seseame oil. I use canola for baking. Of course, I also use real sweet cream butter.

Olive oil for the most part; vegetable oil when frying, which isn't often.
