2 cups seasoned japanese panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash original blend
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon Lawry's season salt
1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Butter (for frying)
Let chill for about an hour.
Drain salmon, saving two tablespoons of liquid from can. Combine salmon with all ingredients except eggs and bread crumbs.
Whisk two eggs and add to mixture. Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Create small patties and place in frying pan with butter. Cook on each side for about 4 mins adding a little more but between flips.
