Yummy Salmon Patties

1 can of salmon
2 eggs
2 cups seasoned japanese panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash original blend
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon Lawry's season salt
1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Butter (for frying)

Let chill for about an hour.

Drain salmon, saving two tablespoons of liquid from can. Combine salmon with all ingredients except eggs and bread crumbs.
Whisk two eggs and add to mixture. Add bread crumbs and mix well.
Create small patties and place in frying pan with butter. Cook on each side for about 4 mins adding a little more but between flips.

I use to really hate these things until I started mixing and matching ingredients. Now I love them and my kids who hated the smell love them even more!

OMG how could I leave out the sweet onions, finely cut. Add these when adding everything except eggs and bread crumbs.

(Bell peppers are optional)

I add sweet bell peppers to mine and top with homemade tartar sauce.
