It's that time of year, and this sounds so good

Skinny Banana Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Prep time: <5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Serving size: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup skim fat free milk
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Tbsp stevia or brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy.

 My kids have a fruit smoothie just about everyday for a snack after school.  This is a great new one to try.
