If we make a bunch of deep fried homemade french fries can we freeze them like you would store bought french fries? We are looking for a used deep frier but thought waht if we bought one of those 20lb bags from costco and made them all up one day and froze them?

Not sure, maybe if you undercooked them, they could brown when you heat them in the oven.

You can cut the potatoes and freeze them, then fry them when your ready.. but frying and then freezing may turn out bad? Reheated french fries never turn out as good as fresh!
